Pay for Medical Treatment here

We use "PayPal" to accept credit card payments. You can pay the co-pay, or pay for your treatment, by clicking on the "Pay Now" button below. After clicking on the button, you'll be forwarded to PayPal's official web site where you'll be able to enter the amount of your payment.

After the payment is processed, you'll have an option to either print your receipt, or receive it through email.
